For 2025, we have made some changes from previous fall seasons.
We received feedback that many players weren't having fun in games because they did not get enough training during the shorter fall season.
We want to make sure all teams are prepared for our regular spring season and that new players who try lacrosse have fun and feel successful.
We hope that the changes we're make will help us achieve these goals. Therefore, we have opted out of the youth (GELL) and high school (Cascade League) leagues for Fall 2025.
The Spring 2026 season will be the same as past years with all teams participating in their regular leagues.

This doesn’t mean we won’t be playing games in the fall! Coach Rainville is looking to schedule scrimmages that will get the players game time experience.

Practices:

All youth teams will practice every Sunday from 10-12 @ the Kirkland Lacrosse Center starting on Sept. 7.
We will look to add a few scrimmages throughout October and will end fall ball playing in the WA Love (tentative) and Space Needle Shootout tournaments. 

The high school teams will practice every Sunday from 2-4 pm @ the Kirkland Lacrosse Center starting on Sept. 7. 

Tournaments:

WA Love: November 1st and 2nd (tentative)

Space Needle Shootout: December 5th, 6th, and 7th
